Library of Congress diacritics

I have been doing some bibliographic work and have been using EndNote to download references from the Library of Congress. They have a somewhat different way of rendering
diacrictical marks.

Here is an example:
®Jam dbyaçns don, grub
Tshe sgrub ®chi med dpal ster gyi cho ga gâzuçn yid bâzin nor bu : a visionary cycle of ayuòhsåadhana practice focussed upon the rites for assuringthe long life of H.H. the Dalai
Lama


Many years ago I had a special font for the mac to render these well. I was= hoping someone out there could help me.
