[glow=red,2,300]First Time User's Guide to the Tibetan-English Dictionary & Software User Forum[/glow]
First of all - it is REALLY simple to get registered. So just take it easy, read and follow the simple instructions.
First you need to find the forum. It is located at lotsaware.proboards29.com
Well - that's about it.
In the future, when you come back to the forum, click the 216.40.206.219/boardimages/menu/login.gif [/img] (login) button in the top row. Enter the name and password that you have chosen for yourself. [/b]

First of all - it is REALLY simple to get registered. So just take it easy, read and follow the simple instructions.
First you need to find the forum. It is located at lotsaware.proboards29.com
- First you need to sign up: Click on the (register) button in the row below the User Forum name on top.
- In the dialog that follows: enter a username that you can remember, and enter a valid email address. Check the "I agree" box at the bottom, and click the "Register" button.
- This will result in an email being sent to you.
- Open your email program, or open a new browser window (File->New->Window) to read your webmail
- Check your email. The automatic email contains a weird password that you will need to enter to sign in the first time. Write it down, or select it and Copy it.
- Click on the link in the email message.
- A page with a few fields will be shown. [glow=green,2,300]Look at it and relax![/glow]
- Enter the password from the email in the password box. Click "Login". [glow=red,2,300]You are not done yet![/glow]
- If you are human, you will forget the silly password that you got. So NOW is the time to change it.
[glow=green,2,300]Don't relax yet![/glow] - Click on the (profile) button in the top row.
- Change your password to something you will remember. And write it down somewhere - since you will probably not remember it anyway :-)
- While you are in the profile-section, enter your real name as well. Confirm your changes.
Well - that's about it.
In the future, when you come back to the forum, click the 216.40.206.219/boardimages/menu/login.gif [/img] (login) button in the top row. Enter the name and password that you have chosen for yourself. [/b]
